Project Description

The refineries must face the threaten of the extended ranges of the poisons to the hydro-processing unit because of the feed sources’ varieties. Many of the contaminants found can cause catalyst bed poisoning event at very low concentrations, which will result in lots of operation problems and make negatively impacts to the R.O.I of the plants, for this reason many of the research institutes of oil refinery and petrochemical invented and developed many solutions to protect the main catalyst from poisoning.
