Inert Topping Media
SINOCATA provide two kinds of inert topping media, the ICT serial and the IFS serial.
The ICT serial – bed topping is using inert ceramic shaped rings with a high void fraction to provide an efficient capture of particulates and other contaminants in the feed. The SINOCATA inert topping media provide a high void volume and good distribution to low the pressure.
The AD serial – bed topping media is the new generation of bed design technology for active filtration system, the bed protection filter disk grading technology which is using high purity alumina. This technology is used to filter fines in hydrotreating units, sulfur guard beds, chloride guard beds and lower the pressure drop of the reactors.
Active Bed Grading Media
SINOCATA provide four kinds of active bed grading media, the CGR, GCC, GCT and the GCQ serial which were delivered at a very cost effective, environmentally and friendly way to maximize overall catalyst bed life and minimize the pressure drop.
The GCR serial – GCR Serial is a NiMo/CoMo hollow rings with mild activity designed for use as top bed grading in a variety of hydroprocessing unit applications. The products has very excellent physical strength, also provides high void space for particulate trapping. SINOCATA offer 1/8″(3.2mm), 3/16″(4.8mm), 1/4″(6.0mm), 3/8″(9.0mm) for active Hollow Rings.
The GCC serial – GCC Serial is a NiMo/CoMo cylindrical extrudates with mild activity designed for use as top bed grading in a variety of hydroprocessing unit applications. The products has very excellent physical strength. SINOCATA offer 2.5mm for cylindrical extrudate.
The GCT serial – GCT Serial is a NiMo/CoMo trilobe extrudates with mild activity designed for use as top bed grading in a variety of hydroprocessing unit applications. The products has very excellent physical strength. SINOCATA offer 2.5mm for trilobe extrudate.
