Hydrodesulphurization Catalyst

The feed material(natural gas to naphtha) for syngas and hydrogen plants always contains specific amount of organic sulfur, inorganic sulfur and unsaturated compounds, the sulfur will cause serious corrosion to the equipment, pipes. The most serious problem is to poison the downstream catalyst, like the Cu/Ni catalyst which is very sensitive. However, the organic compounds are stable and not easy to be removed, the Hydrodesulphurization catalyst is specially designed to convert the organic component to inorganic components, which can be easily removed by desulphurization catalyst, such as the Hydrogen sulfide which can be removed by ZnO catalyst efficiently. The COS Hydrodesulphurization catalyst is normally take Co/Mo as the active components and supported by alumina carriers.

SINOCATA offers serial COS Hydrodesulphurization catalyst to meet different feed and operation conditions.

Application

S-100, a Ni/Co/Mo based hydrodesulfurization catalyst, Dia.3-5mm, Spheres, Bulk density: 750KG/m3, which is widely to convert unsaturated olefin, organic sulfur from natural gas, oil field gas, LPG, dry gas and light naphtha for ammonia, methanol and hydrogen plants.

S-103, a Ni/Co/Mo based hydrodesulfurization catalyst, Dia.2.5mm, Trilobe extrudates, Bulk density: 500-600KG/m3, which is widely to convert unsaturated olefin, organic sulfur from natural gas, oil field gas, LPG, dry gas and light naphtha for ammonia, methanol and hydrogen plants. This type catalyst can work under lower temperature.

S-201, a Ni/Mo based hydrodesulfurization catalyst, Dia.4.8mm, Hollow ring, Bulk density:560-660KG/m3, which is widely to convert unsaturated olefin, organic sulfur from natural gas, oil field gas, LPG, dry gas and light naphtha for ammonia, methanol and hydrogen plants. This catalyst is flow distribution optimized with low pressure drop.

S-210, a Ni/Mo based hydrodesulfurization catalyst, Dia.2.5mm, Quadralobe cylinder, Bulk density: 600-650KG/m3, which is widely to convert unsaturated olefin, organic sulfur from natural gas, oil field gas, LPG, dry gas and light naphtha for ammonia, methanol and hydrogen plants.
