Oxygen Removal

A typical use is the removal of oxygen from nitrogen, inert gas. Nitrogen contains trace amounts of oxygen normally which may pass over the catalyst bed at room temperature. The oxygen molecules from the nitrogen may react with hydrogen fed into the process stream and create water. SINOCATA oxygen removal catalysts can be made with either platinum or palladium based precious metals and are typically impregnated on alumina oxide (Al2O3) spheres, pellets, or extrudates. The catalyst can operate at atmospheric pressures up to higher. SINOCATA offers metal and mixed-metal catalysts for the removal of oxygen from gas streams. These outstanding and robust catalysts are often used for the purification of nitrogen, argon, and carbon dioxide.

Application

DOX-11, Palladium/Alumina oxygen removal catalyst, Dia.1.4-1.6mm, Cylindrical extrudae, Bulk density: 700 – 800KG/m3, which is widely used for oxygen removal from the nitrogen, hydrogen and other materials. It has the high O2 removal activity, good stability and physical strength.

DOX-21, Palladium/Alumina oxygen removal catalyst, Dia.3-5mm, Spheres, Bulk density: 650 – 750KG/m3, which is widely used for oxygen removal from the nitrogen, hydrogen and other materials. It has the high O2 removal activity, good stability and physical strength.

DOX-C, Irregular Granular, which is widely used for oxygen removal from nitrogen, hydrogen, argon, helium, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and other inert gases.

DOX-10, Ag Promoted Zeolite, Dia.3-5mm/1.6-2.5mm, Spheres, Silver promoted zeolite catalyst DOX-10 is a redox gas purification agents, its oxidation state can remove hydrogen impurities in the feed gas, while its reduced state can remove oxygen impurities in the feed gas. It was tested and concluded that the hydrogen(H2) content level can be less than 0.3ppm, and oxygen(O2) content can be less than 1ppm after treated.

DOX-20, Pd Promoted Zeolite, Dia.3-5mm/2-3mm, Spheres, Palladium promoted zeolite catalyst DOX-20 has the characteristics of a conventional A-type molecular sieve, but also has the effect of Pd deoxygenation and dehydrogenation, the deoxygenated effect can be up to 1ppm approximately after treated. DOX-20 can be used for various gas in depth of dehydration, deoxygenation and dehydrogenation.
